Returns & Exchange Policy

As per Ministry of Commerce - Kuwait

Customers have the right to return or exchange items within 14 Days from the purchase date, subject to the following:

	The item must be in its original condition and unused.
	Important: Perfumes and cosmetics must remain sealed in their original plastic wrapping (Cellophane).
	Original invoice or order number is required.

Simple and fast process

1	Pack: Repack the item securely in its original box.
2	Request: Contact us via WhatsApp or Email to request a "Return Label".
3	Handover: Hand the package to the courier representative.
